Sales Development Representative

You’ll be working with an international fun and helpful team of the brightest people, working from our offices in Amsterdam, Brno and Madrid.

 

Short role description

As a Sales Development Representative you will be charged with managing and executing all efforts to identify, respond and qualify new business leads and opportunities for 24i. The SDR supports the Head of Business Development in North America and will gain valuable sales and marketing experience in the streaming media and entertainment business.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and qualify incoming event, web and phone inquiries regarding 24i products and create a valuable first impression.
  • Research, hunt and build new business (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic media research and prospecting) to fuel our revenue growth
  • Outbound generation of new business opportunities within the 24i target customer profile
  • Set up calls and meetings with qualified prospects
  • Report on your progress weekly, share learnings and best practices
  • Help us refine our lead generation and marketing efforts by providing input and feedback
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined industry and territory and become a pro at HubSpot.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest
  • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
  • Be a champion and ambassador for 24i Media

 

Must haves for this job:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University
  • Some B2B Sales Development experience
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Excellent phone conversation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

 

Nice to haves:

  • Full-time corporate sales or marketing experience (B2B software sales is a plus)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, Constant Contact, LinkedIN or other)
  • Inside sales experience is a plus
  • Enterprise prospecting experience is a plus
  • Marketing or copywriting experience
